Soisong - Xaj3Z - Black/WhiteSoiSong is the bright, stunning, and short lived project conceived in 2007 by Ivan Pavlov (CoH) and Peter "Sleazy" Christopherson (of Coil). The duo combined Pavlov's uncompromisingly visceral digital aesthetics with Sleazy's decadent, dark and whimsical approach to creation. Primarily located on the Eastern Pacific Rim, the two named the project after the Thai word for 'two' (song), as well as the seedy red light quarters ("gloomy Soi's, or alley

SoiSong is the bright, stunning, and short-lived project conceived in 2007 by Ivan Pavlov (CoH) and Peter "Sleazy" Christopherson (of Coil). The duo combined Pavlov's uncompromisingly-visceral digital aesthetics with Sleazy's decadent, dark and whimsical approach to creation. Primarily located on the Eastern Pacific Rim, the two named the project after the Thai word for 'two' (song), as well as the seedy red-light quarters ("gloomy Soi's, or alley-ways") of Bangkok. Together, they developed a unique, elegant, yet rather cryptical musical language. SoiSong's debut full-length 'xAj3z' is a digital reference to jazz: seemingly acoustic, effervescent, boundary breaking, digital-era entertainment where light rays and tropical heat are backed up by zeroes and ones. The album is a defining statement, and an arbiter of the possibilities in the (then-)developing late-2000s music landscape. Without the desire to be commercial, or convenient, SoiSong was not beholden to the conventions of easily defined tagging, and, in their own, "new, as-yet-un-categorizable genre," with xAj3z being it's masterwork. 'xAj3z' freely mixes musical styles and combines various approaches to music-making: artificial vocalists are accompanied by real drums, jazz-noir arrangements meet the delicate melodics of the South Seas, and computers are made to sound warm and organic. The album shows no apparent respect for genre-definition and aims at communicating with the listener at highest levels of emotional intensity, often lyrical, sometimes dark, on occasions amusing and even uplifting. "Our songs, like Angels, are largely Mathematical." Within the album's clear emphasis on bass, a distinct element are also the artificial vocalists: beautiful, otherworldly, organic yet distinctly alien. Utilizing an image of a bespoke virtual singer created by the external members of the collective Han LI Chiou and Yuu Soijinsan Omiya, as Pavlov noted in 2025, "the voice nothing else but an instrument that operates with syllables, which is what makes the performance reminiscent of a language... Yet, regardless of how poetic it might sound to a human ear, that sequence of syllables remains completely meaningless." In collaborating with Pavlov as SoiSong, Christopherson found the music's development natural: "I wouldn't say that SoiSong really resembles anything that's come before, particularly. But if you know, and appreciate what we both did before, then that knowledge will bring more appreciation and understanding to what we do now. It's a progression from the past to the future." On the original liner notes, Peter Christopherson provides "Melodic Primitives and vocalists" with Ivan Pavlov on "instruments and Pentium jazz processing." As 'xAj3z' ends, there's warmth from the sun: a new dawn on the horizon line, where possibilities are endless.

I would give these 6 stars if I could

We're going on a trip soon where we'll be jumping into some natural waterfalls and it is recommended that we wear water shoes. I've had water shoes before and so far not a fan. They're tight and ugly, making my feet look like a squishmallow (like rock climbing shoes). Searched on Amazon and saw these. Hey! The pics online actually looked pretty neat. They reminded me of those funny shoes with toes. I read the reviews and everyone said they were the most comfortable shoes ever. So, I drank the koolaid and bought a pair for me (white) and a pair for hubby (grey/green). We just tried them on..... So, I'm normally a size 7 (women's) and my feet are wide. For slippers, I fit into a 6. So I took a chance and ordered size 37 (which is honestly the normal EU size for me, but being that these are made in China, who knows what I'll get). Hubby is normally a size 10 (men's) and his feet are very slightly narrower than normal. So again, we took a chance and ordered him size 42 (besides, the size 9.5 wasn't even available as an option). Holy mother of metatarsals what sorcery is this? I put these on my feet and they felt like a soft hug! Wow! And they fit! At first I thought...oh no, they're a bit BIG. But I was sitting and so when I stood up, my toes went to the tip of the shoe. Remember how I said my foot is wide? Well oddly enough, I had to pull the straps really tight so that they'd feel more secure. This is the only downside: Because I tightened the straps quite a bit, there's a lot of extra elastic (6-8" lenght) that is going to dangle around the top of my foot (see pic). So a lot of creative tucking it in is necessary. Hubby's shoes fit him perfectly. He didn't have to tighten his as much. Very impressed by the construction of the soles; they feel sturdy and solid and flexible yet thick enough to prevent sharp rocks from poking through. I also love the shape of the toe box. It's a square shape but flattering (on me as my foot is wide). Plus, because of the mesh fabric, stitching, and detail, the shoes look like stylish athletic shoes and not plain neoprene water shoes like the kids wear. They are also extremely light and have holes in the bottom for drainage. The fabric is super soft and stretchy and they are a snap to put on. Super awesome! Not gonna lie: I don't even have socks this comfy. Could I have gone a size down? I probably could but because of my wide feet, that would be too risky. If you are a size 7 naturally with narrow feet, I tend to think yeah...you may want to consider sizing down a half size. But my toes hit the tip of the toe box when standing up and I don't want them to overhang. Any tighter and they may fit but they won't look good imo. I could see why people want to wear these all the time. They're so comfy, I bet you can even sleep in these.

great water shoe!
Size: 7 Women/6 Men, Color: 3f-410 Rose Red
I absolutely loved these water shoes! They are surprisingly very comfortable and slip resistant. The sole is very thick and the material is pretty quick to dry. I purchased them for my cruise port excursions and wore them dry, in the water, and walked around after being in the water—no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing. I would say they are maybe a little on the larger side for women. I can range anywhere from a 7, 7.5 to an 8. I purchased a size women’s 7/men’s 6 and it was perfect. I am excited to wear these at the beach and in the creek this summer!

Great Find
Size: 8, Color: Blue
Cute, comfortable, colorful have soft straps. I was very surprised by the both the quality and comfort of these Flip Flops. The price is so affordable that I bought several pairs in other colors. They are light weight, have ample arch support, fit true to size and can be worn with jeans, short or a casual dress. They really do look just as good as any of the high-priced brands.

Overall, these are some of the most comfortable flip flops I have owned, and would buy again.
Size: 6.5, Color: White Khaki
I was so happy with these KuaiLu Flip Flops that I bought two more pair, one in black and one in brown! They were comfortable right out of the box and did not need any break-in time. The arch support is excellent and gives my feet much better support than regular flip flops. They are also light weight, well made, and cute enough to wear with many different outfits. The soles have good traction, and they feel sturdy when walking.

Nice Flip Flops for the Price!
Size: 7.5, Color: White Khaki, Size: 7.5, Color: White Khaki
I just received my flip flops and tried them on, and they have a nice cushiony feel to them. The white color matches many of my outfits great. And while the fit is generally good, they could be a bit wider as I have wide feet. But they still feel comfortable.
