The next evolution of HotGrips® Pro.

In response to customer feedback, Oxford added two additional heat settings, making these ideal for riders tackling extreme winter temperatures with thick gloves.

Controlling the temperature is easy, simply press the button on the clutch-side grip and the multi-coloured LED light indicates the selected setting before dimming - to reduce distraction whilst driving.

Each grip houses its own internal temperature control unit, which independently measures and controls the heat of each grip using built-in thermistors to maintain the desired temperature setting.

Manufactured from silicone, this incredible material increases the grip‘s lifespan by up to 200% without compromising comfort or performance, as well as delivering cable strain improvement and enhanced grip levels.

Features:

  • HotGrips® Pro 2.0 Touring features
    • Grip guaranteed - hex tread pattern for vibration absorption and durability; knurling tread pattern creates the largest surface area for maximum of grip and control.
    • Customisable grips - Grip length of 125mm, but can be trimmed to 120, 115mm if required, with open ends allowing bar end weights can be fitted.
  • 5 smart heat settings: Red 55°C, Purple 50°C, Green 45°C, White 40°C, Blue 35°C
  • The thermistor reacts to temperature changes in the environment and adjusts the heat output accordingly, maintaining the selected temperature setting.
  • Integrated controller
    • The built-in controller allows the rider to effortlessly control the temperature of their Hotgrips® Pro without removing their hand from the grip.
    • Multi-coloured LED displays the chosen temperature setting and dims to avoid any distraction.
  • Intelligent heat setting memory
    • The intelligent heat setting memory function stores the previous heat setting and defaults to this at power-up, saving time when in regular use.
  • Battery saving modes
    • Protects against flat batteries, so if you forget to turn the switch off it will do it for you!
    • HotGrips® Pro offers an additional battery-saving mode for lithium batteries, now common on high-performance motorcycles.
  • Waterproof construction
    • Fully waterproof connectors and integrated controller meet IP65 rating to protect your HotGrips® from the elements.
  • Grip Features
    • Silicone-formed grips - increase grip lifespan by up to 200% without compromising comfort or performance.

Essential Forensics Book
Format: Paperback
I am impressed with the broad range of topics that this book covers. I came out of a Cybersecurity program with a Digital Forensics specialization, so I did have networking knowledge. I looked for resources after graduation to help fill the gaps (courses, books, and tool manuals) in my understanding of the space where networking and forensics meet and found the coverage to be lacking. This book would have helped to tie the two together for me in an easy to read presentation. I am glad that I have read it now though and will keep it as a resource. I bought two more copies to give to current Digital Forensics students that I am mentoring:) Well done on this one!

This book is the real deal
Format: Paperback
This book is the real deal. I found it to be eye-opening, because, despite sounding very advanced and almost next-level, the attacks accompanied by source code show how simple and effective they are in reality. This book seemed light at first (200 pages), so I was skeptical at it's ability to really tackle advanced topics, but I will say I was very pleasantly surprised. Those two hundred pages are action packed and filled with jaw-dropping 'this is cool' moments. My only gripe with it is that it's a little formulaic, with the social engineering being shoehorned into every attack, and maybe pushing the whole APT thing too much, like when you really want something to become 'a thing'. Do we really need to socially engineer payloads using the same formula for all of the attacks? Not even one 'ha Ked the router with boring Cisco exploits' example? I guess it wouldn't make for an entertaining book.

Best pentest book read to date
Format: Paperback
This is the best penetration testing book that I have ever read to date. There is such a depth of understanding of penetration testing that is conveyed in this book in the way that the author is able to portray highly advanced topics in a conceptually understandable way. A novice might not be able to follow the text, as it is advanced, but for anyone looking to open their mindset up to becoming a more effective penetration tester, I HIGHLY advise this book.
