The Buffalo Gap saddle is the perfect saddle for the broad shouldered, short backed horse. This Circle Y Trail saddle features a unique tree fit designed specifically for the foundation style horse that needs a wider fit from the shoulder to the loin, and round skirt design for shorter backs. Ranger heavy grain leather seat has some grip for a great rustic look. What makes this saddle unique is it features a new independent swing double buckle rigging. This allows for a free-swinging custom fit. Shortened strings let you easily tie on gear without being so long that they get in the way. Reduced rear skirts lighten overall weight and work well on shorter-backed horses. The wood tree is fiberglass reinforced and DURAhide™ coated to lock out moisture and add another layer of strength to the tree for the longevity of your saddle.
