Indications
- For vitamin C supplementation to maintain levels in the body

- Maintains collagen formation, connective tissue production and tissue regeneration
- Support blood capillary health
- Suitable for children over 6, adolescents, adults and aging individuals
Dose:
Adults: Take 4 grams of powder (1 level metric teaspoon) mixed in 50-100 mL of water or juice, 1-2 times daily, preferably with meals.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 gram of powder (¼ teaspoon) mixed in 50-100 mL of water or juice, 1-2 times daily, preferably with meals.
Please note: This product contains extracts from herbal and fruit sources that may not dissolve easily in liquid. Always use a dry spoon. Keep the lid tightly sealed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place. Naturally sweetened using Stevia rebaudiana.

Excipients
Citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, Curcuma longa, glycine, orange flavour, stevia rebaudiana.
Warning:
- Children under two years of age should not be treated for symptoms of respiratory tract infections without medical advice
- Large doses of vitamin C may cause gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea or diarrhoea in sensitive individuals (due to the cosmetic effects of unabsorbed ascorbic acid)
- Individuals with pre-existing kidney stone disease or a history of renal insufficiency should exercise caution in the use of higher amounts of vitamin C
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
- If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice

So cute!
Format: Paperback
Funny and so adorable! I love Lewis’s relationship with his mom! It’s so addictive I read the whole book in a single sitting! There is a few strips of nudity as well as a couple suggestive scenes (very brief), so absolutely intended for kids who have/are learning about puberty! And of course, you get what you pay for. If you buy a book written by a trans man telling his story, of course you’re going to have trans representation. Over all, so, so adorable!

beautiful story
Format: Kindle
I’ve grown up around trans friends, and LGBTQ community. My uncle, as well as my sibling are gay, and gay culture has always been something I’ve grown up with. When I got a bit older I developed friendships with trans individuals and it was a learning experience, since I came from a very sheltered high school and middle school. This book fully communicates the trans experience in my opinion and can better help others to understand those around them who are transitioning. Thank you Lewis for sharing your story, you’re awesome.
