The Bean Cellar Glass is a premium single-dose storage system designed to preserve the freshness, flavor, and aroma of specialty coffee. Unlike traditional storage methods that repeatedly expose beans to oxygen, the Bean Cellar limits exposure to just two moments—when filling the vial and when dosing for grinding. Each borosilicate glass cellar is equipped with a proprietary one-way valve that allows naturally occurring CO₂ to vent while preventing oxygen ingress, keeping beans at peak condition.
Beautifully presented in a handcrafted teak caddy with a brass handle, the system is both functional and aesthetically refined. With a dosing capacity of 18–22 grams per vial, it is ideal for home and professional baristas who prioritize consistency, workflow efficiency, and bean integrity.
