Ondersteunt de voet, voetboog en hiel
Ideaal voor: Ideaal voor ondersteuning overdag, tijdens het sporten en dagelijkse activiteiten.
Aanwijzingen voor gebruik
Maak de klittenbandriem los en breng de steun zo aan dat deze prettig onder de voetboog ligt (de kant met de voetjes moet richting de binnenkant van de voetboog zijn gekeerd).
Zet vervolgens bovenop de voet vast met het klittenband.
Trek de voetboog omhoog met de klittenbandriem.
Let op dat het voetsymbool op de riem overeenkomt met het voetsymbool op het voetboogstuk.
Het wordt aanbevolen om de banden de eerste dag 4 uur te dragen en daarna geleidelijk op te bouwen met 1-2 uur per dag. Als na een week blijkt dat u meer steun nodig hebt, kunt u overstappen op de donkerblauwe voetboogstukken en wederom de draagtijd opbouwen.
Voor een juiste lichaamshouding moeten de banden aan beide voeten worden gedragen.

Waarschuwingen
Stop het gebruik en raadpleeg een arts als er ongemak of pijn ontstaat, of als de pijn/het ongemak aanhoudt of verergert.

98% cotton comfort

It's true to size. I have a 42" chest and typically wear a large. I ordered large and it fits. Grab these while you can as most of these mock neck t shirts are a cotton poly blend. These are 98% cotton. This is important because although the cotton/poly blends dry quicker, they are uncomfortably warm if it gets above 70 F. I have purchased other mock turtlenecks and had my local dry cleaners convert them from long sleeves to short, but they are slightly heavier weight than these. I do wish that they made these in a dark green or military green color.

100% SYNTHETIC CONSTRUCTION!!!

When I bought this shirt, the listing claimed it was 95% cotton and 5% spandex... the shirt that arrived was 51% polyester, 43% viscose and 6% spandex! I have been impressed by some of their other clothing, but this is the first time I was completely lied to and bamboozled. I probably wouldn't have noticed if the shirt wasn't so hot, shiny, and uncomfortable! I will absolutely be returning this shirt. Not even CLOSE to what I wanted. Quite, quite disappointed.
