    Volpe Pasini's Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso belichaamt de essentie van Friuli, met zijn diepgewortelde tradities en rijke erfgoed. Gemaakt van de inheemse Refosco-druif, gedijt deze wijn op de zonovergoten hellingen van het Togliano-gebied, gekoesterd door de beschermende Alpen in het noorden en verfrist door de zachte bries van de Adriatische Zee in het zuiden.

    Na een zorgvuldige fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks, rijpt de wijn enkele maanden in dezelfde tanks voordat hij wordt gebotteld. Het resultaat is een robijnrode wijn met jeugdige violette reflecties, met een breed en dicht aroma van donker fruit, bramen, zwarte bessen en amandelen. De stevige tanninestructuur leidt naar een diepe en lange afdronk, waarbij het expressieve fruit voorafgaat aan een hartige en frisse finish.
