De AOR AS-5001 is een automatische antenne schakelunit die ingangen 3 en 4 toevoegt. De selectie van de bediening is automatisch of handmatig per frontpaneel. De AOR AS-5001 is ook compatibel met AOR AR-5000-serie en de AOR AR-ALPHA ontvangers. Deze AS-5001 antenneswitch van AOR is ontworpen om te werken tot 3,5 GHz met een laag invoegverlies terwijl de circuitimpendantie van 50 ohm behouden blijft.

Het aansluiting van de AS-5001 (op basis van AR5001D-ontvanger)

De AOR AS-5001 antenneschakelunit wordt aangesloten op de ANT1-Aansluiting van de ontvanger en het stuursignaal wordt overgenomen van ACC2. AS5001 geeft toegang tot ANT1, 3 en 4 via de ANT1-Aansluiting van de ontvanger. De ANT2-Aansluiting blijft onaangetast. (Let op: Er zal in ieder geval een kortegolf antenne aangesloten moeten worden op de ANT2 aansluiting van de reciver)

The shelves sag away from the wall overtime

Although the wood quality and finish of the shelf are clean and well-made, the main issue is that the shelves begin to sag over time while holding around 10 pounds, even though the product listing claims they can support up to 20 pounds. They may perform better on a brick wall, but on drywall you should be cautious. To fix the problem, I had to purchase floating shelf brackets for support, which solved the sagging issue. However, this defeats the purpose of the “floating” aesthetic. Since the shelf is in my bedroom, I can overlook it, but I personally wouldn’t install these in a common area if I wanted a clean floating look.
