Pieropan produce infatti vini rossi di grande costanza qualitativa grazie ai vigneti che si trovano nella zona di Illasi, in Valpolicella. Il Superiore Ruberpan, frutto di una maturazione in legno di quasi due anni, coniuga finezza e carattere. Un rosso elegante e ricco, setoso ed avvolgente. Da non mancare.
A tutto pasto, il Ruberpan di Pieropan è ottimo su primi piatti con salse rosse e paste ripiene, su secondi a base di pollame nobile, su carni alla griglia e piccola selvaggina.
