Il Toscana IGT "Le Trame" del Podere Le Boncie è un'espressione intrigante e di grande grazia di un vitigno come il sangiovese. Invecchiato in rovere, vanta, fin da subito, una decisa complessità di profumi, tutti in continuo divenire; è difficile staccare il naso dal calice, così come lo è non rinnovare il sorso. Succoso, compiuto e di pieno appagamento, è un vino dall'equilibrio impeccabile e di intensa concentrazione.

Ottimo in abbinamento ai primi e ai secondi di carne rossa, è da provare in accompagnamento al pollo alla diavola.
