Di forte aderenza territoriale, regala un sorso intenso e croccante, che non tarda a rivelare l'alto livello qualitativo di questo Valdobbiadene.
Ottimo in abbinamento agli antipasti di pesce, pesce al forno, si sposa bene anche con i formaggi freschi e con sushi e sashimi.
