Great for high-volume frozen storage, the Migali C-3F commercial three-section freezer has nine shelves. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—a strong material that resists rusting and smooths cleaning. LED lighting shines in the cabinet so users can find what they need, and the doors stay open at a 90-degree angle for convenience. These doors have locks to secure stored product and to counteract theft.
The temperature in this Migali C-3F three-section reach-in freezer can be adjusted via the digital controller and monitored on the display. Depending on the stored product, operators can set the temperature at a level between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the refrigeration components are top mounted, they operate away from debris and dirt on the floor. The refrigeration system uses a forced-air cooling system to move cold air evenly, and a plenum is built into the back wall to support airflow throughout the cabinet.
