Bright Lights Swiss Chard Microgreens provide an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The stems of these microgreens come in a range of vibrant colors, from yellow, orange, purple, white, green, and pink. The dark green leaves are sweet and earthy, similar to beets, and are perfect for adding to salads or for use as a garnish.
Spread your Bright Lights Swiss Chard Microgreen Seeds evenly on top of the soil. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. Spread evenly (they should be pretty thick) and tap very gently to ensure contact with the soil. Mist thoroughly twice a day. Keep covered for 3-4 days before exposing it to light. Water once a day so the soil is damp, but not soggy Microgreens can be germinated in windowsills, greenhouses, or using a Hoss Light Kit!
