What a great choice! These barefoot ballet flats are among our most popular Ahinsa shoes.

Here are three reasons why these ballet flats will make you happy:

1) They were specially designed by physiotherapists. You’ll activate the muscles of your kinetic chain and core stabilization system with every step.

2) Your feet can breathe in them. We made them by hand out of Italian-designed canvas and breathable lining.

3) Your feet simply deserve them.

Dance through the world in healthy and stylish shoes. These colors look good on you!

  • Designed by physiotherapists for ultimate comfort and a healthy stride
  • Handmade in the Czech Republic and Croatia
  • 100% vegan
  • Natural style anywhere, from the great outdoors to the theater
  • Straps can be shortened – cut just below the stitching

    Lukáš Klimpera, physiotherapist

“Ahinsa barefoot shoes aren’t just healthy for your feet, they’re good for your whole body. The results of measurements taken at Masaryk University showed that a foot in an Ahinsa shoe leaves almost the same footprint as a completely bare foot.”

    Barefoot Line: Free your feet

Have you ever noticed how your shoes have a completely different shape than your feet? Ordinary shoes restrict and cramp your feet, so you can’t wait to take them off at the end of the day.

Try wearing barefoot shoes, which give your toes the natural space and flexibility they need. In Ahinsa shoes, every step you take becomes a gentle massage for your feet — and your brain. Did you know that walking barefoot stimulates brain centers?

And that’s not all. Wearing barefoot shoes also:

    • Activates your entire kinetic chain
    • Engages your core stabilization system
    • Supports the function of your internal organs

Wear shoes that respect the natural shape and elasticity of your feet.

Never worn barefoot shoes before? Give our Comfort Line a try first. These shoes come with foam insoles to soften each step. Once you’re ready to transition to barefoot, simply remove them.

Ballet flat outsole: Freedom for your foot

Your feet were made to do great things. That’s why we wanted a sole that was built to keep up with your every step — and we found it. Our thinnest sole measures just 2mm and flexes with your natural stride.

Feel the difference for yourself. Get natural contact with the ground while protecting your feet.

Worried about wear? Don’t be. We selected an extremely durable material that will last millions of steps.  Really, we tested it out on our own feet.

      • Wear and abrasion-resistant
      • Flexible just like your feet
      • Thin 2mm sole for perfect, natural contact with the ground
      • Traction and grip even on wet surfaces

As healthy as walking barefoot, studies confirm

According to research from Masaryk University, your stride is as healthy and natural as a bare foot when you wear Ahinsa shoes.

Studies confirm that Ahinsa shoes engage your foot just like when you walk barefoot. By contrast, ordinary shoes restrict your feet and block their natural sensory contact with the ground.

          delightful read
          Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

          not bad
          Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

          A Beta Worth Rooting For
          Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

          Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
          Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

          A familiar story, just with…..less.
          Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
