　　家長與孩子共讀後，可以在日常生活中安排實際的體驗，如和孩子一同探索「蔬果切開後會是什麼樣子？」先觀察蔬果外型，再切開來觀察剖面，對照書本看看是否相同，更可以透過嗅聞、觸摸、品嘗，來加深孩子對蔬果的印象。或者，當家長和孩子一起製作書中手作教學會彈跳的「青蛙杯子」與會飛的「吸管蜻蜓」時，可以進一步挑戰改良玩具，讓孩子處在不斷嘗試進步的過程，必定能為孩子未來無限的求知欲與實踐力打下良好的基礎。

I am a year round tanner but use this on vacations. Recently I had surgery and had to stop tanning, 2 months in of no sun or tanning bed exposure I was looking pasty. Summer just hit and I spent 3 days sunbathing for about 60-80 minutes and got a solid beautiful tan! I have olive skin that tans well, although I didn't burn at all I recommended monitoring the time you spend in the sun and maybe wear sunscreen as a base. The brush is nice but I find I needed to use a lot more product vs when I apply with my hands. I do intend on using the brush if I ever need to apply a spray tan.
