Background

CD43, also known as leukosialin or sialophorin, is a highly glycosylated type I transmembrane protein predominantly expressed on most hematopoietic cells, with the exception of resting B cells and erythrocytes. It belongs to the sialomucin superfamily and is one of the largest cell-surface molecules, extending approximately 45 nm from the cell surface. The protein consists of a heavily glycosylated extracellular region, a transmembrane helix, and a small cytoplasmic region. CD43 plays a significant role in immune function, particularly in T-cell activation and proliferation, and is involved in both cell adhesion and cell activation processes. It is actively excluded from the immunological synapse during T-cell activation, a process that requires interactions with ezrin-radixin-moesin (ERM) proteins. Additionally, CD43 has been shown to regulate T helper type 2 differentiation and can act as a co-stimulatory molecule for T-cell activation.

Divinely Inspired
Format: Paperback
Yet another divinely inspired book from Praying Medic!!! Dave has a unique writing style of choosing his words, not to impress, but to be very readable, engaging, and most informative. This book (and others that I have read of his) leave the reader feeling informed on the topics and with a profound sense that Dave truly cares about our awareness of and safety from the perils of the spiritual battles we face. My takeaways are several relevant insights to issues and demons my own family is encountering and solid suggestions for dealing with them head-on. For someone seeking a primer (short yet meaningful chapters) on the evils that exist all around us, I strongly recommend reading what Praying Medic has presented here.

Great gift and lovely way to weave God's presence into daily life
Love these prayers. I heard about the book from a podcast of Steve Cuss (or maybe Curtis Chang?). This book is a lovely and sometimes humorous way to weave God into the day. (My favorite-- a prayer for changing diapers! I sent this to my daughter in law).
