Spring floral BloomersOur high waisted bloomers feature a high waistline. They are super comfy and have quite a bit of stretch to them. Material is a cotton fabric. Lace skirt is an additional add on. Bloomers will not come with Lace if not selected. I am not responsible for any sizes order wrong.
