the beginning 2012-2017Betirri is a rising star international artist based in Houston, TX. Born and raised in Puebla, Mexico, Betirri migrated to the US at the age of 15 where he received a B. A. in architecture in 2017 and a B. A. in Fine Arts in 2019, both from the University of Houston. Since December 2012, Betirri has pursued his passion in art and football (soccer). Beginning in 2008 he created a series of unique paintings depicting timeless, bodiless footballers.

These bodiless athletes in motion gave Betirri recognition globally. He has exhibited his groundbreaking paintings in cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Milan, Italy, and New York.
After five years of hard work, dedication and growing demand, Betirri has decided to do a compilation of his work and put it all together in a beautiful coffee table book. The content includes all of his signature 'Futbol Series' paintings, murals, and illustrations.
