Synergy Prenatal contains 1000 mcg of methyl folate, the biologically active form of folic acid. Unlike regular folic acid, it is metabolized even in the presence of MTHFR mutation, a genetic variant that affects up to 50% of women and is known to interfere with the body’s ability to process folic acid. It also contains Vitamin B6 in its optimal form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate

A good First Communion suit

This suit looks and feels really nice even though it’s not 100% linen. My son is an average size 7 year old, but I got a size 6 so that the fit would be nice and snug and not loose and baggy. It was the right choice. Comes with a bow tie which is nice, a tie (which is very cheap and poorly made) and a pocket square.
