Care and Maintenance
While this set has been designed to be used in an outdoor setting and manufactured with the highest quality materials, things can happen. To clean your new Member’s Mark furniture, use a solution of mild soapy water. harsh weather and extreme sunlight can reduce the lifetime of your product. It is important to keep your furniture clean, in good repair and use furniture covers when the furniture is not in use. This will extend the life of the set.
Warranty Information
This product is covered under the manufacturer's 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your furniture frame fails structurally due to inferior metals or welds during normal use within five years of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective piece at no charge. Warranty is to the original member and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) and in some cases, photos of product are required for warranty claims. We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise if the model in question is no longer in production.
