Nicotinamide Riboside is a form of vitamin B3 that helps boost levels of NAD+, essential for cellular energy, the nervous system and healthy ageing.

Can you supplement NAD+?
NAD+ is not an allowable form of Vitamin B3 in the EU/UK, there are also question marks about its stability and efficacy. Nicotinamide riboside is converted into Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) and then into NAD+. Nicotinamide riboside also enters cells more readily than Nicotinamide Mononucleotide.

Great Body Glitter

The main colors of this holo glitter are purple, blue, and silver. It worked perfectly for my outfit, and I honestly had no complaints. When it comes to glitter, there’s nothing you can do to prevent it from getting everywhere, so I don’t hold that against the product at all. It sheds like normal but this literally stayed on after I wore it all day/night at a concert while sweating in 90-100°F heat the whole time; it lasts great. It also washed off super easy with some warm water and soap, which was such a relief. The gel/liquid itself is incredibly easy to apply, as it is pretty thin and dries quickly (maybe 3-5 minutes for total dryness I think?). You have to shake the bottle a bit to get the glitter spread out, but it rolls on easily. It sparkles great as well.
