We recommend you order your actual chest size if you like a snug fit, or up to two sizes bigger if you like a looser fit. Product Care
30°C cold wash by hand using a good quality neutral soap. Do not tumble dry. Leave to dry flat, away from direct heat and press with a cool iron.
