All parts providing for stability are made of metal, making the machine robust and ensure precise slicing. The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously up to approx. 20 mm. The detachable carriage allows to also cut off larger pieces of food. A food tray and cable compartment are included.
CHARACTERISTICS
Metal construction: Slender body but strong performance. Metal construction and functional design are its significant features. The slicer requires only little space on the worktop because of its slim shape. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, making the device very sturdy and precise.
Safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation: Two operating modes are available. For short operation, the switch is pressed and pushed forward to the resistor. The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed and pushed beyond the resistor until it engages. The circular blade runs in this operating mode without the switch being held down, until the switch is returned to the “0” position.
Food tray: The food tray to catch the sliced food is placed underneath the circular blade so that the slices can fall directly onto it. The sliced product can be conveniently and directly served using the practical food tray made of high-quality, easy-to-clean plastic.
Detachable carriage: The carriage of the fino1 food slicer can be easily removed for oversized products or for cleaning.
