It also features an open dripproof motor enclosure design, which is engineered to permit good airflow while resisting the ingress of dripping water. The vents are angled to prevent water from entering the enclosure from above.

Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.

this pillow does work
For months my neck had been brothering me every morning when I woke up. Figured it was stress and I always planned on getting a massage. But I never did it.
