Good bacteria are essential to support a healthy digestive system. Align Women's Health Prebiotic + Probiotic Gummies are made with a prebiotic, Oligofructose, to help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut and the probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans, which helps support gastrointestinal health. Plus, every serving of this great-tasting gummies contains an effective dose of cranberry to help prevent urinary tract infections. ‡Among gastroenterologists and doctors who recommended a brand of probiotic in a ProVoice 2020 survey 2015 to 2020. *Use for at least 4 weeks to experience UTI prevention beneficial effects.
Dosage: (Serving Size: 2 Gummies): Adults: Chew 2 gummies. Take two servings per day. Reduce daily dosage if temporary gas or bloating occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic. Take with 250 ml of water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, contact your doctor or a Poison Control Centre. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a doctor before using if you are taking medication (especially immune suppressing drugs), if you are pregnant/nursing or if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones, or if you are taking blood thinners. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). You may experience temporary changes in bowel habits as you begin probiotic supplement intake. TAMPER EVIDENT: Bottle sealed for your protection.

Perfect film
A perfect film, closely accompanying a public toilet cleaner in Japan. It doesn’t hurt that the actor Koji Yakusho, reflecting his responses to his routine, is very handsome.
I was surprised to see it listed as a Wim Wender’s film, the German filmmaker best known by me for the very strange Wings of Desire. It’s one of the best Japanese films I’ve seen!

A fantastic ‘day-in-the-life’ movie set in Japan
I really like this movie. It’s kind of peaceful and relaxing and it’s about the mundanity of daily life and the beauty in that. The story does have some conflict but it’s definitely no action movie. Don’t get your expectations out of wack. This is an artistic movie made on a very low budget and character study of one man who works a boring job as a janitor and goes home and listens to cassettes at night. If that sounds interesting to you, you’ll probably love this movie. Also if you have any passing interest in Japan.
I strongly recommend it. Especially for the sale price. And it comes with some nice special features too
