The interior of the Super Tacks 910 Helmet has been completely revamped when in comparison to its predecessor. Highlighting the protection aspect are the Fluid Inside pods plus D30 Smart Material, developed in collaboration with the Neurotrauma Impact Science Laboratory at the University of Ottawa. These pro-level protection pods are strategically placed within the inside of the helmet to dissipate the force of impacts. This includes direct impacts such as blocked shots to body checks!
The Super Tacks 910 Helmet is also superior when it comes to comfort as well. This is thanks to the new I.Q.Shion memory foam liner with molded dual-density foams throughout. This combination provides players with a snug and comfortable fit ensuring ultimate protection, right off the shelf! Additionally, the liner helps wick sweat away from the head keeping players cool and dry. This also helps decrease drying times of the helmet while not in use.
Onto helmet adjustment, the Super Tacks 910 Helmet features a new self-adjusting active stabilizer rear cushion that supports the back of the head for a snug and comfortable fit. Complimenting this is the seamless adjustment system. This tool-free adjustment system allows players to easily customize the way the helmet fits on the fly. Great book! Little known knowledge shared by a true master!

The book arrived on time and in great shape. I had just attended an in person conference by the writer of this book, Donna Eden, and left the conference feeling so much more empowered that I had to know more. Through personal health challenges that left her in constant pain and bedridden in her twenties, and doctors unsure how to help her, Donna Eden who is now in her seventies or eighties, became her own guru!! Utilizing different natural ways of healing and learning all about energy medicine she developed her own personal brand of energy medicine. She is healthy and thriving over 5 decades later. Loaded with information that will change your life and your health in this book she shares with you the knowledge and the energy medicine exercises so you can help yourself. I now own all her books!

Good Book, Very Practical

This is a very interesting read and has some great exercises in it. I really enjoyed the book. Then I went on-line and watched a couple videos of Donna Eden speaking, and I have to say she seems like a New Age looney tune, all wide eyes, soft voice and gigantic fake smiles. Itʻs a shame, really, because energy medicine is an important field and having spaced out people representing it gives it a bad name and makes it seem less valid. However, like I said, it is a good book and worth reading. Few books about the energy body actually give exercises on how to work with it yourself, so this gets over the hurdle of other books like Barbara Brennanʻs Hands of Light where if you want to learn the techniques you have to pay a lot of money and go in person to a seminar.
