Our Linnaea dining table in solid cherry is currently available at 20% off — and it’s a beautiful example of why real wood will always outshine manufactured perfection.

This particular tabletop features natural mineral deposits, visible as subtle darker streaks and tonal variation within the cherry. These markings were formed as the tree grew, drawing nutrients and minerals from the soil. They are not defects. They are part of the tree’s history — permanently recorded in the grain.

In cherry, mineral deposits often appear as soft gray, olive, or deep brown streaking. Over time, as cherry naturally deepens and mellows with exposure to light, these areas blend even more beautifully into the rich, warm patina that makes cherry so beloved.

The result is a table with:
