Steht der Schließzylinder etwas heraus, kann er gewaltsam entfernt und sich so Zutritt ins Haus verschafft werden. Ein zuverlässiger Schutzbeschlag schiebt Verbrechern einen Riegel vor. Dieser Beschlag wurde speziell für Haustüren mit einer Türstärke von 52 bis 67 Millimetern entwickelt und besteht aus einem Metallunterschild und einem Leichtmetall-Deckschild. Stabile Nocken und Innenverschraubungen erhöhen den Abreißschutz. Außen befindet sich ein Knopf, ein Drücker liegt innen.
