I emailed the company to see if they honored their one time replacement policy for Amazon orders. I was told they do and was told I was shipped a replacement. But we never received it. We’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before and after this so I don’t know where the hold up would of happened but here we are. I did email the company back and told them that I didn’t receive the replacement and asked if they could verify my address….but they haven’t responded. Just sucks. Would of been great if I actually got the replacement!

The rest of the ball is good quality and holds up well against my aggressive chewer. Its easy to throw or kick. It isn't super hard but is holds it shape well. My dog is about 8 months old and is a mini goldendoodle. I think he was about 18lbs in the video. Perfect size for him. I would definitely recommend, I think your dog would love it!
