Der Elbegeist ist eine Mischung erlesener Beeren, wie beispielsweise Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Johannisbeeren. Er wird mit mildem Alkohol überzogen und schonend destilliert. Die anschließende Fasslagerung von mind. 12 Wochen im Eichenholz, liefert eine wunderschöne Farbe, welche an die Strahlen der Sommersonne erinnert und es verleiht dem “Elbegeist” eine weiche Note.
